Nicolas Rouzaud at The Connaught is a jewel in the heart of Mayfair nestled at the side of The Connaught, and on majestic Mount Street.

The Patisserie, designed by Ab Rogers Design, serves and sells delicious handmade delicacies to carry you through the day from the first morning croissant, to an afternoon patisserie with champagne, and beautifully boxed celebratory cakes to pick up on the way home for a special post-supper treat. Our cakes and pastries are crafted by Pastry Chef Nicolas Rouzaud and his team of patissiers.

At Nicolas Rouzaud at The Connaught, Chef Nicolas Rouzaud crafts patisseries that delight all five senses. Inspired by nature and the seasons, he balances buttery pastry with fresh, local ingredients to create refined classics like the Paris-Brest, St-Honoré, and raspberry tart—alongside exclusive creations that reflect each destination’s unique spirit.

Intricately designed and exquisitely crafted, the 2025 Easter Egg by Nicolas Rouzaud is a true work of haute patisserie. Made with 70% Valrhona dark chocolate and filled with almond and cacao nib praliné, it features delicate spirals that echo blossoming tree branches—a nod to London’s cherry blossoms and the fleeting beauty of spring.
