Nicolas Rouzaud’s love for fruit and pâtisserie started young.  After more than 20 years of experience, he launches Nicolas Rouzaud, Maison de Haute Patisserie to showcase his creative boldness and impeccably crafted artistry.

Brunch now takes centre stage at Le Café by Nicolas Rouzaud in Burlington Arcade, served daily from 9am to 4pm.

Expect homemade granola with Greek yoghurt and berries, French toast with vanilla whipped cream, vanilla chia pudding, avocado toast with poached egg and ricotta, and Nicolas's signature My Father's Brioche, each dish crafted with the gourmand care that defines the café.
